Sun Institute fo Polytechnic

The Sun Institute of polytechnic College can be traced back to 1997 when the ACP Educational trust was established under the Chairmanship of Er.Thayaparan M.E , a popular philanthropist and educationist hailing from Theckurichy. The trust has started a group of professional colleges in two different locations (Sun Nagar & Udaya Nagar) Starting from Sun Institute of Technology, the last one added is Sun Institute of Polytechnic, established in 2008. Sun Institute of Polytechnic has a sprawling campus of 30 acres of serene and quite land which provides an ideal learning ambience located in Erachakulam, 5Kms away from Nagercoil. Our college provide all facilities to the students and motivates the students to actively involved in co-curricular and extra -curricular activities. The College have well equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms, workshops, well stocked Libraries with very good Faculty. Our Principal Mr.J.Gandhi Raman and all our faculty members have very good academic background and vast experience in teaching industry, they analyze each individual’s Capability and focus based on merits/demerits to produce quqlity Engineers. Our objective is to develop nthe self confidence of the students to meet the challenges posed by the competitive world.
